- KM Run : write 5 km ( Write only 5 )
- State : Select Gujarat and wait
- District : Select Your District
- Block : Select Taluka
- City : Write Your School Village name
- Choose File : Upload your foto from your Mobile or Pc
- Write Captcha Code
- Click on Submit
How to Download Certificate
after Submit the form. Please click on Download Certificate. write your E mail Address and Click on Download Certificate. Now you can Download your Certificate in only Five minutes.
