Resolution in school SMC and non-academic activities as per RTE will no longer be done in our school.
According to RTE, teachers will no longer conduct unit tests and will not co-operate in taking unit tests. According to RTE, there is no provision in RTE for such unit tests or other types of students to be examined. And must work to improve the quality of education.
Any other action taken by the teachers in the school is a violation of the RTE, which is tantamount to tampering with the future of the teachers and should be taken seriously and implemented immediately.
If you don't believe the teachers, then you should also do something so that it has to be brought to its proper place .... then some remedies for that ....
1. Giving any kind of information before school time and only after school time
2. Do not do anything special than just teaching during the current school year.
3. If talking about 8 hours operation as per rte then do not do any external work except teaching as per rte (doing census, election and relief work at the time of giving)
4. Do not provide the requested information on WhatsApp. WhatsApp is the privet of teachers. If you need information on WhatsApp, give all teachers the facility of tablet or mobile phone.
5. To go to any government program where there is Taifa and not just to do education work.
6. Do not bring literature until you have completed it
7. Be like a lion rather than a timid rabbit so that no one will overtake you
8. Stop saluting masters and officers
9. Don't tolerate if something goes wrong, girl, protest ...
10. Friends of both the unions unite and fight against the government
11. The teacher should avoid doing the work that the officer or the clerk has to do
12. Be courageous ... you have come forward by working hard yourself and if you have got this job then no one has the strength to bother you
13. As there is power in unity, all the teachers join in when needed ...
